Another scene from Monkey Mountain Conservation Area. This is from a successful squirrel hunt last year. I always have a camera in search of reference photos. Quite a few squirrels were harvested, grays and reds. This is a view looking down the maintenance road as it ribbons through the woods. Further down it overlooks the Nodaway River where I found a bald eagle soaring in the air, several were spotted along this river that day.
