Krug Park en Plein Air
For this trip I decided to bring out the pastels and work three paintings. For each painting I spent 1 full hour with composition and local colors. Afterwards, I took them home and finished them up in the studio with details---spending another full hour on each. Here they are, ready to go.

My second painting depicts part of an old beaten path. This trail snakes along the edge of the lagoon where many have made their way around it. Artists Dick Sneary, Susan Lynn and myself experienced quite a few passerby\'s on these trails, a little more than usual. We had quite a few complements and pictures taken of us.
The third painting is a view over a hillside across the back side of the lagoon. Nothing was in bloom yet other than the grass turning green. Difficult to view shadows in the foreground due to the slope, I added a few colors to make it more appealing.
Right now, these paintings are available unframed for $250 a piece, or $500 for all three.
After framing, paintings will be available at $300 each.
