Starting the New Year with a mini. Here is a miniature winter scene being done in Conte Crayon on board. A walking bridge crossing a frozen creek. Conte Crayon is not as easy to work with as pastels. Pastels are much easier to blend and more forgiving than the crayon. Conte Crayons do allow you to work in sepia. This picture is 1/3 complete.
