Work in Progress

Here is the 24x36 picture I am currently working on. This is identical to the recent charcoal drawing, "Broadway Street, Kansas City," except it will be done in pastel. As you can see I started out with the main structures and lines for the vanishing point. I am not wet brushing the board, instead I am going to work with more broken color on this piece, adding more character to it by allowing some of the board color to show through.
