This next piece will be a KC Plaza scene, looking west down West 47th Street. The main attraction in this piece are the row of street lamps fading into the vanishing point. Each of these lamp posts hangs a massive flower basket of mostly petunias. The main sketch has already been made. I've filled in the basic color for the street. The sky is still being played around with. Originally the sky was a clear blue sky, but I want to add clouds for more detail and color. A clear blue sky would look to plain. More to come.
