Work in Progress

Getting away from the pastels, I am now working on a miniature charcoal drawing using black and white compressed charcoal. I have applied the under-drawing, using the same technique (wet brushing)as before on the two mini pastels, filling the grain of the board with the medium using water. Since the grass appears too dark, I will have to wait until it dries and add white charcoal to lighten it up. More white in the sky will also be added to brighten it up.
