Work in Progress

Working in some flesh tones and shadows, I am making the work appear more 3 dimensional. With a gray paper, dark gray pastel is being used for shadow, making the figure harmonize with the paper color. Just as I have done in "Kristopher," where I used olive green paper, and dark olive green pastel for shadow. The effects help soften the work where colors relate instead of stickout and reject one another. If I wanted a more crisp look, then I would have chosen a different color for shadow, such as blues or violets.
