Work in Progress

Another "Scout View of Kansas City" is on the way. This is the third one. A 16x20 pastel on board. Prepping the work, I went ahead and sketched in the basic composition. The sky is filled with color, but will still need some detailing. Once I have the sky the way I want it, the buildings will be sketched in their places. Again I will work my way forward from top to bottom, layering color as I go.
